We aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days once payment has been received. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days with postage an additional one to three days. Orders made online to a delivery address within United Kingdom will be dispatched via Royal Mail which normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days from date of dispatch.
Please Note: A working day is Monday – Friday ONLY excluding Bank Holidays – any orders placed on a bank holiday will not processed until the following working day.

Please note any orders placed after 5pm GMT on a Friday and Weekends will not be processed for delivery until the next working day.Any orders placed before/ during a bank holiday may face a delay in delivery due to not being a working day including our fast track service. All order are sent by Royal Mail either by second class via our UK Standard or Royal Mail First Class Signed For via our Fast Track Service- we aim to deliver on time however please be allow extra time for delivery during busy periods of year with royal mail i.e Black Friday, Christmas and New Year. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been released and received by chosen payment agent.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.
We ship internationally to all countries.
Simply enter your full address at check out to see your delivery fee. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order please allow upto 15 working days in some cases.
There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment

Return or Exchange Requirements
BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, If you change your mind about an item purchased with us, you are entitled to a refund/ exchange in a different colour or size within 14 days of receipt. Sale items will not be refunded but you may have an exchange or gift voucher if you wish to return a sale item. should it meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase at Brooke Legacy Equestrian must be provided – please include a copy of your invoice in your order
- All tags must be in tact and attached
- Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed -. This includes no marks / makeup on the items
Postage of Exchange
BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN

Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 3-5 business days of BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.It may take a further 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges or Replacements
We offer exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability. Voucher code for website may be issued to the value of the return if product is out of stock.
- These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
- A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by BROOKE LEGACY EQUESTRIAN in which case a refund will be issued.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
